Toronto is the location of several private schools that belong to the top private schools in Canada. According to topprivateschools.ca, a website dedicated to provide information on the best private schools in Canada, among the top 25 private schools, eight of these are in Toronto.

Upper Canada College
This private school offers elementary and secondary education and is exclusive for boys. It follows an English model and offers boarding houses for its students. Graduates from Upper Canada College receive two diplomas: the typical Secondary School diploma and the International Baccalaureate diploma.

Toronto French School
Toronto French School is a coeducational private school with curriculum that is delivered in English and French languages. It provides Kindergarten to Elementary education to Secondary. TFS’ elementary program is up to 8th Grade while its high school program is 5 years instead of the typical 4 years. Branksome Hall
Branksome Hall is a private all-girls school for J-Kindergarten to 12th grade. It is also a preparatory school for university admission and offers International Baccalaureate diploma. One thing that is unique to this school is that students are members of clans. There are eight clans for Junior School and another eight for middle and senior school.
